The SMC001 Single-Column Oil Polishing Machine represents a new approach to industrial oil purification. Designed to deliver the processing capacity of multiple conventional columns through a single large column, it helps businesses simplify plant layouts, optimize operating costs, and scale their oil-polishing operations efficiently.

One SMC001 unit is designed to deliver production capacity comparable to approximately 20 conventional columns, depending on the oil quality and operating conditions. This enables high-volume processing with a more compact and simplified system.

Applications
SMC001 Oil Polishing Unit combined with SMC Activated Media is highly effective for removing colour, Odors, unsaturated hydrocarbons, sulphur, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from Recycle Base Oil, Paraffin Oil, MHO, MTO, Plastic Oil, Transformer Oil, etc. The result of over 20 years of continuous R&D, SMC 001 represents a breakthrough in oil polishing—making us the sole manufacturer of this single-column technology in India. Our exclusively manufactured SMC Activated Media (Activated Bauxite) can be reused multiple times, offering excellent return on investment for both small and large operations.
