Sharda Minerals and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (SMC) the largest manufacturer of SHARDA BRAND High Grade Activated Bleaching Earth, Fuller Earth and Bauxite, specially developed quality for used and wastage oil’s color and smell removal.
We has commenced commercial production in the year 2007, Our plant is located in DEWAS, Pithampur, (M.P.)
OBJECTIVE
The main objective of the Company is to manufacture High Grade Quality Bleaching earth suitable for, bleaching, refining and de-colorization of Used Mineral oils, Lubricants like Used Distilled oil, Transformer oil, Engine oil, Wax oil, Solvent and Para fine Wax.
RAW MATERIAL AND ITS SOURCE
The raw material for Activated Bleaching Earth is Bentonite (Montmorillonite Clay), derived from degeneration of volcanic ashes. This is Chemically on Aluminum hydro silicate in which the ratio of silica acid to Aluminum is 4:1. India has rich deposits of Montmorillonite in the A.P. , Rajasthan, Gujarat and M.P etc. We mines in Gulbarga (AP), Sehore and Sagar (M.P), Bhuj Gujarat, India, which has deposits of rich Montmorillonite capable of producing high bleach ability Activated Bleaching Earths.
CONSISTENT QUALITY ASSURANCE
SMC pursues uncompromising quality standards in all stages of its process and operation activities. For this a meticulous quality control program is operated throughout the entire process from the selection of the raw material to the final quality assurance prior to product dispatch from the factory. Process control in exactly in accordance with international specification, ensures that the clay manufactured is precisely is requirement. Adsorption properties are tailored to the specific requirements of each customer. We at our factory make sure that every SMC customer gets a value-for-money product.
All the SHARDA BRAND products are regular supply above 50 in India and 10 customers in Abroad.
